Arts Project Manager (maternity cover)

£25,000 – 27,000 per annum (pro rata)


Part time: 30 hours per week.

Contract: Fixed-term, maternity cover. 


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as the Arts Project Manager. This is an 11 month maternity cover contract to join our ambitious team.


Venture Arts is an organisation committed to providing opportunities for learning disabled artists to produce high quality, challenging work that is shown nationally and internationally. The post holder will lead and develop an innovative and engaging programme of visual arts in Manchester and beyond, with a particular emphasis on showcasing our work and building new audiences; developing new partnerships, exploring opportunities for learning disabled and non-learning disabled artists to work collaboratively, and delivering a high quality programme that ensures Venture Arts’ artistic outcomes are achieved.

Operations Manager

£ 30,000


Full time: 37.5 hours per week


Working with a dedicated team of artists and colleagues, this will be a busy role. We are searching for the right person as Operations Manager to come and help us ensure that our organisation runs seamlessly, maintaining our focus on delivering world class work with learning disabled artists in a rewarding team environment.


You will have managed time-pressured projects and will not be phased by the fast-moving pace of a busy and growing arts charity. Working closely with and reporting to the Director, the ideal candidate will oversee logistics and operations, as well as contribute to the sustainability of the organisation, being responsible for the capture of relevant metrics to demonstrate impact.
