Last Monday (29th of January) we had the pleasure of having
Castlefield Gallery all to ourselves. We were treated to a fantastic clay workshop delivered by Joe Hartley and Castlefield Gallery Curator Gass Pendergast where we made cutlery and utensils inspired by the artworks of current exhibition - Making a Life: The Peter Hodgson Retrospective, with Peter and friends.
Big thanks to Joe and Gass for a brilliant day. All the artists really enjoyed visiting the gallery. For some of the artists thi
s was their first encounter with clay and they found it really fun and inspiring. Deborah already wants to make a wedding cake! We look forward to decorating and glazing the creations soon.
