Short Film ‘Sea and Sky’ by Amy Ellison Selected for Oska Bright Film Festival | Brighton 23 – 26 October 2019

Venture Arts is delighted to announce that 'Sea and Sky', short film by Amy Ellison created during artist residency Conversations Series II, will be screening at Oska Bright Film Festival in Brighton on 23 – 26 October 2019.   Amy Ellison is delighted and said: ‘I’m so happy, I like it, I’m so good at this project.’   'Sea and Sky' will be shown in the Oska Bright Under The Sea programme. The festival’s morning of under the sea themed activities and films for young people (5+) with learning disabilities. Saturday 26th October, 10am - 11am or 11:30am - 12:30pm.   Conversations Series II, led by Venture Arts and in partnership with Castlefield Gallery and the Whitworth, is a collaborative residency that brought together three learning-disabled artists who are part of the Venture Arts supported studios, to work alongside the three visual artists.
