Niamh Spawton

Niamh is one of Venture Arts’ youngest artists and has been attending our Young People’s Art Club for a number of years.

She is a promising young artist with a passion for animals and the natural world. Niamh works mainly in print, illustration and paint, both watercolour and acrylic.

“In my artwork I like to learn about new animals and then paint them so other people can learn about them too. I enjoy discovering animals I have never heard of and then creating paintings about them. I think paint gives texture, I liked how it feels, it feels like 3D and not flat”.
