Venture Arts receives £25,000 funding to continue core programmes | 29/1/19     We're excited to announce that Venture Arts have received a grant for £25,000 from The Garfield Weston Foundation that will help us to continue our core studio programme - Nurturing the artistic talents of learning disabled artists.    Our dynamic artistic programme provides a social and stimulating environment for learning disabled people to develop their artistic talents. We believe in exploring creative ideas and learning artistic skills in a contemporary and progressive way to help artists identify and develop their own independent creative practice.   Amanda Sutton, Director of Venture Arts says:   'I cannot thank the Garfield Weston Foundation enough for this grant. The funds will go a long way this coming year in helping more and more people to engage and succeed in the arts - never has there been a time when this is more vital'   To find out more about our artistic programme
