The original artwork is a beautifully detailed hand embroidered and appliquéd design.

Florence is a talented textile artist practicing at Venture Arts. Her work is inspired by her family and the personal experiences she shares with them, such as theatre trips and memorable outings.

Birds and Flowers has previously been exhibited at Chetham’s School of Music and the Manchester International Festival in 2025.

In 2025, Florence collaborated with children and young people, teaching them how to create their own textile houses for a commission with Light Night Wigan and Illuminate Oldham. Through these projects, she has shared her creative skills to help young participants produce a series of illuminated textile houses, which were showcased at each festival.

This reproduction has been professionally printed on Monte-Carlo 300gsm paper and comes in a cello bag with board backing. There is a white border to the print, with the artwork details printed in the bottom centre.
