A4 Full colour zine; Warped by Sally Hirst
This full colour A4 zine has been created by Sally Hirst, as part of her exhibition, Warped.
Warped is Sally’s first solo exhibition, sharing the stories of mill workers whose lives were shaped by disability and overwork, while celebrating her own journey as an artist and advocate for inclusion and accessibility.
Read Sally's poems about disabled mill workers William Dodd, Bridget Lyons, and Mary Brown, alongside photos of Sally's woven textiles and ceramic sculptures.
Warped is part of the British Textile Biennial 2025 - a month-long celebration of textile heritage, innovation and identity across East Lancashire. From historic mills to contemporary galleries, BTB25 showcases ground breaking work that speaks to our shared histories and futures.
