A core part of our work, our Art Clubs are fun and engaging sessions for learning disabled children and young people aged 8-25 years to experience high quality art and culture.
During 2025 we are redeveloping our studio space to create the best possible facilities for our artists. Whilst our new studio is under construction, we are unable to offer places on our adult and young people’s programmes to new artists. Please get in touch in October 2025 if you are interested in joining one of our groups.

Young People’s Art Clubs
At our Young People’s Art Club for 8-18s and our ‘Inbetweeners Club’ for 19-25s, young artists can make new friends and explore a variety of creative techniques. Artforms include photography and film, animation, illustration, printmaking, ceramics and textiles.
Sessions are fully accessible and facilitated by our friendly, professional artist team, who are experienced in working with young people with a range of support needs.
The team nurture every young artists’ creative talents, tailoring sessions around individual needs and interests. Young artists work on long-term projects, allowing them to focus and develop their skills.
Our young artists exhibit their work at leading art venues such as The Lowry at Salford Quays. Some complete an Arts Award qualification, giving an important boost to their CV. Many take part in our other programmes such as Cultural Enrichment, working as artist mentors, and other professional opportunities.
