Emma Horton creates vibrant, colourful artwork inspired by her love of music and strong, female pop stars. She works mainly in screen printing, embroidery and ceramics.
Her popular artworks Adele and Katy Perry have been reproduced as art prints and tote bag designs. An A3 print of Adele is also available at The Whitworth as part of their shop’s limited-edition print collection, and can be purchased online here.
Emma has been commissioned twice by ethical cosmetics company LUSH. Her first collaboration, in 2024, saw her Katy Perry artwork transformed into wrapping paper for one of the brand’s gift sets. This was followed by a second commission in 2026, creating artwork for LUSH’s much-loved Snow Fairy range.
A behind-the-scenes film follows Emma’s creative process and the journey of a LUSH commission, from developing her artwork in the Venture Arts studio to seeing her designs brought to life as finished products.
