Rhea Holmes

Rhea is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans drawing, embroidery and printmaking. Inspired by personal relationships and elements of pop culture, her work combines intricate mark-making with bold colour, repeated motifs and layered pattern.

Working across both textile and paper-based processes, Rhea creates expressive compositions that balance precision with playfulness, often returning to circles and rhythmic forms throughout her work. Her practice embraces experimentation, with each piece revealing a strong visual identity shaped by texture and repetition.

Rhea’s work Love Birds will be displayed in the Manchester Open 2026 at HOME.
