Cover The Walls

Cover The Walls returns to Manchester city centre this summer, transforming a temporary gallery space into a vibrant showcase of work by local artists – including Emelia Hewitt, Deborah Makinde, Joe Mills, Barry Finan and Darren Gallagher.

Following the success of its first pop-up exhibition last year, Cover The Walls brings together a range of contemporary artists and makers, creating an accessible way for people to discover and buy affordable original artworks for their homes — while supporting local creative talent in the process.

Designed to help people connect with the artists in their own community, the exhibition invites visitors to explore the gallery space and maybe even find the perfect piece to take home and quite literally ‘cover the walls’ with.

The exhibition runs until Sunday 12 July and is free to visit, with additional events and workshops taking place alongside the show.
