Narratives Artists
We’re excited to announce the following ten artists will be taking part in our latest Conversations Series, working alongside each other to develop shared ideas, create new work and explore personal narratives around heritage. Five of the artists are based at Ventures Arts and five were selected after a public call out earlier this year. Click on their names to learn more about their practise.

There will also be opportunities to work with other organisations such as the Ahmed Iqbal Ullah Race Relations Resource Centre and Manchester Jewish Museum to support artists to further explore heritage themes within their work. The resulting work will be shown in an exhibition at The Lowry from January to March 2023. To follow the project in the mean time keep an eye on our social (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), where our Narratives artists will be taking over and sharing insights from the project every Friday.Narratives is generously supported by The Granada Foundation.
